You can place an order on the website by selecting the item you want and filling in the shipping details (full name, phone number, delivery address) and payment information. The item will be automatically reserved once your order is placed.

 Yes, you can place a pre-order. The delivery of such items will take approximately 6-7 weeks.

 We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, usually within one day for order confirmation and preparation. The order is shipped the day after payment is received. Delivery time depends on the destination country.  

  For example:  

  - Spain: 5-7 business days  

  - Germany: 4-5 business days  

  - Poland: 2 business days
