Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please do not send the parcel back before contacting us, as the correct return address may vary depending on the order’s fulfillment location.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included where reasonably possible. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, hair, marks or any other signs of wear.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns sent from outside the European Union, including returns from the United States, the customer is also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges arising during the return process. If any such charges are billed to Lazo Danceshop, they may be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where reimbursement is required by applicable consumer law. For customers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal and reimbursement of standard delivery costs apply in accordance with EU consumer legislation.

For hygiene reasons, tights, socks, underwear and other sealed hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once their protective seal or packaging has been opened.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, Lazo Danceshop will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
