Delivery & Return

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated and begin from the day your order is processed (usually on the day of purchase or the next business day). Typically, delivery takes 2-7 business days.

 Shipping and Delivery: Orders are shipped to the address you provided after payment confirmation. According to the law, the maximum delivery time is 30 days.

 If the package is not collected at the pickup point or delivery is not possible for reasons beyond the control of LazoDanceShop, additional costs for reshipping may apply.

 Courier Delivery: LazoDanceShop partners with trusted courier services (DHL, UPS, etc.) and does not deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or temporary addresses. Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate.

 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for covering shipping expenses.

 For products with special shipping requirements (e.g., TuTu), additional costs may apply.

 International Shipping Outside Europe: We ship worldwide. If you are located outside of Europe and wish to place an order, please contact us to receive information on shipping costs.

 Duties and Customs Fees: Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, as well as to islands belonging to Portugal, France, and Italy (e.g., Madeira, Sardinia, Sicily, Capri), may be subject to duties and/or customs fees. •  Preservation of Original Condition and Packaging: The item must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

•  Customs Duties: Our store is not responsible for any additional customs duties or fees that may arise during the return or exchange process.

•  Hygiene Restrictions: For hygiene and health reasons, the exchange or return of underwear (including leotards), tights, and socks is not allowed.
