 Shipping and Delivery: Orders are shipped to the address you provided after payment confirmation. According to the law, the maximum delivery time is 30 days.

 If the package is not collected at the pickup point or delivery is not possible for reasons beyond the control of LazoDanceShop, additional costs for reshipping may apply.

 Courier Delivery: LazoDanceShop partners with trusted courier services (DHL, UPS, etc.) and does not deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or temporary addresses. Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate.

 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for covering shipping expenses.

 For products with special shipping requirements (e.g., TuTu), additional costs may apply.

 International Shipping Outside Europe: We ship worldwide. If you are located outside of Europe and wish to place an order, please contact us to receive information on shipping costs.

 Duties and Customs Fees: Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, as well as to islands belonging to Portugal, France, and Italy (e.g., Madeira, Sardinia, Sicily, Capri), may be subject to duties and/or customs fees. These fees are not the responsibility of LazoDanceShop, so we recommend checking with the relevant customs authorities for potential charges before placing your order.

 Didn't Receive Your Package?: Your package may have been left at a nearby courier service pickup point. Please check your email, including your spam folder, to find out where you can pick up your package. If you haven't received a notification, please contact us via email.

Return and Exchange Policy

 You can return or exchange an item purchased from our store under the following conditions:

 •  Within 14 Days of Receipt: You may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order, excluding the day of receipt.

•  Preservation of Original Condition and Packaging: The item must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

•  Customs Duties: Our store is not responsible for any additional customs duties or fees that may arise during the return or exchange process.

•  Hygiene Restrictions: For hygiene and health reasons, the exchange or return of underwear (including leotards), tights, and socks is not allowed.
